Q: Does eGrasp® CMS require any programming skills to use it?
eGrasp® CMS has a quite simple environment. If you are familiar with MS Office applications then it won't be a problem for you to work in eGrasp®.
For more advanced users eGrasp® provides the ability to edit HTML.
Q: Can I edit just a content of my site or it is allowed to modify site structure as well?
eGrasp® CMS has a dynamic pages generator built in. So you always able to add/delete pages and site sections.
Q: Does the content interface provide WYSIWYG editing functionality?
Yes, it does. The visual editor (WYSIWYG) which is incorporated into eGrasp® CMS enables users to work with page content like with average document in MS Word. Just use copy/paste features, add tables, modify font size, etc.
Q: Which types of content are managed by eGrasp® CMS?
These are texts, graphical images, video files, audio files, PDF files, XLS files, etc. You can edit pages content; add links, files for downloading, etc.

Q: Where my new site will be hosted? May I use my current hosting provider?
Your new site can be hosted on eGrasp® server or alternatively you may use your current hosting provider's services. There is only one limitation – it is to be a java-based hosting. If the company you have used to work with is unable to provide java hosting then eGrasp® team will be pleased to offer you the best terms & conditions.
Q: What are the technical requirements for using eGrasp® CMS?
There is only one requirement for back end users (site admins) - Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher required to allow full functionality of WYSIWYG editor. For end-users there are no technical requirements or limitations.
